To protect your legitimate rights and interests when purchasing products from ZEPHYROS TRADING CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we") in the EU, this Return and Exchange Policy is established in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant member state laws and regulations. This policy applies to consumers (hereinafter referred to as "you") who purchase our handbags within the EU through our official website, zephyrostrade.com, and other legal channels.

1. Cooling-off Period and Unconditional Returns
1.1 Cooling-off Period Duration
According to EU regulations, you have the right to return your purchased handbags without any reason within 14 days from the date you receive them (the "cooling-off period"). This period begins the day after you actually receive the goods. If the last day falls on a statutory holiday, it will be extended to the first business day after the holiday.

1.2 Scope
Unconditional returns during the cooling-off period apply to all new, unused handbags sold by us in their original condition. "Original condition" means that the product has not been used, the labels and packaging are intact, and there are no scratches, stains, or other damage that would affect the product's resaleability. 1.3 Exclusions

Unconditional returns are not eligible for the following:

Products damaged or soiled due to improper use or care;

Personal hygiene accessories (if any) that have been unsealed and cannot be restored to their original condition.

2. Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

Quality Issue Determination

If the bag you received has the following quality issues, you may request a return, exchange, or repair in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:

Product manufacturing defects, such as missing stitching, damaged accessories, or cracked fabric;

The actual product significantly differs from the website description, such as significant differences in material, size, or color;

Other situations where the product cannot function properly due to quality issues.

III. Return and Exchange Process
3.1 Application and Communication
You must submit a return or exchange request to us within the specified period as stated above by the following means:
Send an email to [email protected], specifying the order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and your contact information;
Submit a return or exchange request form in the "Customer Service" section of our official website at zephyrostrade.com.
We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request to verify the information and inform you of the follow-up procedures.
3.2 Product Return
After confirming your return or exchange request, you must return the product and related accessories (such as tags, packaging, gifts, etc.) to our designated address within 7 days.
Shipping costs for return products:
For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs.
For returns without reason during the cooling-off period, you will cover the shipping costs (unless the product is defective or not as described).
Failure to return the product within the specified period will be deemed as a waiver of your right to return or exchange.​
3.3 Acceptance and Processing
We will inspect the returned merchandise within 5 business days of receipt.

After satisfactory inspection:

Returns: We will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as yours. The exact timeframe for your payment will be subject to your bank's or payment institution's processing time.

Exchanges: We will ship a replacement item within 14 days. If the item is out of stock, we will discuss options for a replacement or a return and refund.

If the item is found to be ineligible for return or exchange upon inspection, we will refuse the return and ship it back to you via the original shipping route. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.

4. Special Notes

For used items, we reserve the right to refuse returns unless there are quality issues. However, we may offer repair services based on the circumstances (a reasonable repair fee may apply).
